Jerk Shrimps on Quinoa

Here’s the thing about shrimp: They are so easy to make. The effort to reward ratio is high with this particular seafood. Even pulled straight from the freezer, You can have a platter of quick fry or sauteed shrimp on the table in 10 - 15 minutes flat. You can serve on rice, quinoa, rice n' peas, etc.


Ingredients

  • 200 grams Zipper Back Shrimp

  • 1 tablespoon Grants Gourmet Jerk Seasoning

  • 6 tablespoon unsalted butter


Instructions

Marinate

  1. Peel and Wash shrimps Dab with a paper towel to remove excess moisture 

  2. Combine Grants Gourmet Jerk Seasoning with shrimps and butter in a small container

  3. Marinate for about 5 minutes while the non stick pan is warming on the stove


Cook

  1. Cook on medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes or cook until shrimp internal temperature of 165 ºF.

  2. They will become an opaque whitish color when fully cooked


Enjoy!

  1. Let the shrimp rest and serve with your favorite sides
